Notice is hereby given that on February 13, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.,

California, CA-Twin Dolphin Plaza Limited Partnership will sell at 
public auction the personal property left by Smartpipes, Inc., on the 
premises at 555 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite 650, Redwood City, California. 

Said property consists of the following:
