My Relatives and Friends,
Tomorrow Monday August 28, 2000, the attorneys will present their closing arguments. Court will start at 9:00am, Judge Hugh Mullin, Dept. 32, Hall of Justice, 190 West Hedding, San Jose. Your physical support as well as prayers and light are more important than ever! Several residents of the Morgan Hill community that Debbie loved so much, have been there each day. Debbie's mom has continued to drive daily from Livermore, holding the deepest form of a mother's love. Come sit with her, that you might be graced with this love.
I was unable to attend court last week and have found that the reports from Jean Gregg, the DA and the newspaper to prove that we truly live in a society were money can do almost anything. Please keep the thought that the Light of Truth will always be bright.
Love and Light, Pam

We are now in the third week of the trial of the accused murderer of Debbie Gregg. Monday afternoon the defense began to present their case. On Thursday, August 17th the jury will be going out to Debbie's place to see the exact location of her death. Court will resume on Thursday. The defense has fourteen or so possible witnesses and will probably finish-up Monday or Tuesday of next week. The closing arguments will then be made and the jury may have the case by Friday, August 25th.
At this time, your support is extremely important! Debbie's mom has been present everyday, diligently taking notes. She is driving from Livermore! It is clear where Debbie received her strength and endurance! Mrs. Gregg's commitment is a powerful message of the love a mother has for her child. As Debbie's sister, I am honored to sit with this Lady. Please try to attend any part of this trial, particularly the closing statements. The case is assigned to Judge Hugh Mullin, Dept. 32, Hall of Justice, 190 West Hedding, San Jose. And as always, we ask for your prayers and blessings for ALL who have been so tragically effected by Debbie's traumatic death.
Love and Light, Pam

Friends and Relatives, Greetings! It is with great relief that today the Superior Court Judge refused to grant bail to Garcia. On July 7th at 1:30pm department 24 (in the basement) the trial date will be set. Although this court process is beyond emotional description, I know that justice is being served by the Truth. Once again I thank each and everyone of you for your loving prayers. I greatly appreciate my family and Morgan Hill neighbor who stood tall with me today.
Friday afternoon Debbie's mother will be here. We will be spending some time on the Land. Please keep this her in your prayers. I can't even imagine what this experience will be for her. I am told that there is no greater sadness than the child passing before the parent. Please know that in all things I am mindful of Debbie's wishes and beliefs. Be Well, Love and Light, Pam

This morning the case was formally moved to Superior Court due to the Grand Jury indictment that was handed down Wednesday afternoon. For the first time I witnessed the perpetrator in red jail garb and shackled. I also saw his four children who will have a difficult Father's Day to deal with. I am sad for the family and relieved to see this man behind bars.
The next appearance is Wednesday, June 23th in San Jose at 200 West Hedding, Department 24, 1:30pm. Please send spiritual and physical support. The defense wants to read the Grand Jury report before entering a plea. I'll keep you updated as best I can.
Be Well, Love and Light, Pam
