For example:  in many countries, and---your honor, may I say it?---even 
on this wretched little forgery of a leaflet, certain persons, not 
so well schooled as our Gjirokastrans or even, indeed, the lowiest 
shoemaker in Tirana---it is our capital---will use language such
as we find here: 'evacuation as soon as practicable.'  Now we Albanians, 
we would never stoop to such an error, this word, 'practicable,' even 
in Albanian, being utterly ridiculous.  We would say, 'as soon as 
possible,' or more simply, 'evacuate now...'
